General: Due to an operational issue with the 431m boxes race 12 was manually started.

Race 1 - TAB MAKE A DATE WITH PLAY MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 431m

3 Galway Duchess – Bumped with another runner rounding the turn into the back straight.

5 National Swirl – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the turn into the back straight and lost ground.

9 Dancing Bear (8) – Very slow to begin. Checked off the heels of another runner approaching the turn off the back straight. Finished the race a distant last. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr Matt Evans regarding the performance of Dancing Bear at box rise and throughout the entire race. Mr M Evans stated that the greyhound has limited ability and has begun poorly in both race starts to date. Mr Evans is hoping for improvement over the next few race starts or will give consideration to Dancing Bear’s racing future. However, Stewards acting under the provisions of GAR129(a) deemed the run as unsatisfactory and the greyhound must perform a satisfactory trial prior to future nomination.

Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 431m

1 Cambla Clown – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked.

2 Jamie Tartt – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn.

3 Galway Clancy – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground.

8 Bravo One – Very slow to begin. Tailed off and finished the race a distant last. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed an injury to the near hindleg and was stood down from racing for 7 days.

2 Boxing On – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the turn off the back straight and lost ground.

3 Jimary April – Bumped with another runner rounding the first turn. Clipped on the heels by another runner rounding the turn off the back straight.

8 Specified – Bumped by another runner rounding the first turn and became momentarily unbalanced. Checked off the heels of another runner in the back straight and lost ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

9 Federal Pearl (4) – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost considerable ground.

10 Wendy Maree (1) – Bumped with another runner rounding the first turn and became momentarily unbalanced.

Race 4 - DOVER & SONS GRADE 5 (1) 431m

2 Bogie Lightning – Bumped with another runner rounding the turn off the back straight.

3 Cheeky Willow – Bumped by another runner rounding the turn off the back straight and was checked.

5 Cambla Doll – Slow to begin.

6 Septimo – Clipped on the heels by another runner rounding the first turn.

7 Deadly Cecil – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn. Bumped with another runner rounding the turn off the back straight.

8 My Bro Oreo – Bumped by another runner and forced to race wide rounding the turn into the back straight.

Race 5 - BEENLEIGH LEGAL MIXED 4/5 431m

2 Narcissus – Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Shifted out and bumped with another runner rounding the first turn.

3 Just Ace – Bumped with another runner shortly after the start and became momentarily unbalanced. Bumped with another runner rounding the first turn.

7 Reggie's Brother – Shifted out and checked across the heels of another runner approaching the home turn.

9 Sienna Voletta (5) – Bumped with another runner rounding the turn into the back straight. Took several awkward strides approaching the turn off the back straight and weakened to finish the race last. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed an injury to the offside pin muscle and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

2 Paradise Five – Checked off the heels of another runner approaching the home turn and lost ground.

4 Hooked On Xena – Checked off the heels of another runner in the back straight and lost ground.

3 Ringbark Thunder – Slow to begin. Checked off the heels of another runner leaving the first turn.

6 Sleek Fury – Slow to begin. Improved onto the heels of another runner leaving the first turn.

7 Break And Enter – Slow to begin. Checked off the heels of another runner leaving the first turn.

Race 8 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 520m

4 Bailey – Bumped heavily by another runner rounding the home turn and became momentarily unbalanced.

6 She's Sweet – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked losing ground.

7 Spring Kono – Raced wide rounding the first turn. Bumped by another runner and forced to race wide rounding the home turn becoming momentarily unbalanced.

8 Emerald Eyes – Shifted out and bumped heavily with another runner rounding the home turn.

2 Swift Zach – Dragged down by another runner rounding the first turn and fell, failing to complete the course. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

3 Louisiana Flyer – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

4 Go Wild Ethan – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

5 Shaquille – Slow to begin. Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and fell taking no further competitive part in the race. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed an injury to the nearside shoulder and was stood down from racing for 7 days.

6 Farmor Cochise – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and fell taking no further competitive part in the race. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 10 - GJ WALSH & CO GRADE 5 (3) 431m

1 Coonamble Kid – Slow to begin.

5 Hendy – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground.

7 Hara's Rusty – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground. Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the turn off the back straight.

8 Authority – Bumped by another runner and forced to race wide through the first turn.

9 Tuta Rose (6) – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn.

Race 11 - TAB GRADE 5 (4) 431m

3 Flight To Mars – Raced wide through the turn into the back straight. Took several awkward strides in the back straight and lost ground. Raced wide through the home turn and throughout the remainder of the race. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed an injury to the nearside shoulder and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

4 Remembering – Clipped on the heels by another runner rounding the turn off the back straight.

8 Quirky Gone Wild – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the turn off the back straight.

10 Mount Cambla (7) – Slow to begin.
