Race 1 - TAB VENUE MODE MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 288m

1 Sky View – Slow to begin, stumbled and almost fell soon after the start then trailed the field. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside hind foot injury the greyhound has been stood down for 21 days.

2 Blue Sensation – Severely checked entering the home turn.

4 Outback Gold – Dragged down from behind entering the home turn.

5 King Of Spades – Checked entering the home turn, bumped with another runner in the home straight.

6 Twice Redeemed – Checked entering the home turn.

7 Canya Goddess – Slow to begin, stumbled soon after the start, brushed the railed approaching the home turn, severely checked entering the home turn, bumped with another runner in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

9 My Hassle (3) – Checked entering the home turn.

Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 288m

1 Little Miss Judy – Checked entering the home turn, checked rounding the home turn.

2 Simmering – Checked entering the home turn, checked rounding the home turn.

3 Misty View – Slow to begin, checked rounding the home turn.

4 Manuka Duck – Checked entering the home turn, checked rounding the home turn.

5 Theodore Rose – Checked entering the home turn, checked off heels rounding the home turn. Stewards spoke to trainer Phillip Shaxson regarding the greyhound’s manners in the catching pen, after considering submissions from the trainer Stewards invoked GAR 131 the greyhound will now require two catchers in the catching pen.

6 Cheers Vicki – Checked entering the home turn, checked rounding the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a near hind leg injury the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

7 Three Putt Par – Checked rounding the home turn. Stewards spoke to trainer Dean Clarson regarding the greyhound’s manners in the catching pen after considering all available evidence Mr Clarson was advised that a repeat performance from the greyhound may result in action being taken against Three Putt Par under the provisions of GAR131.

8 Wildash Andy - Underwent post-race veterinary examination which revealed an off-hind leg injury the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

1 Wild Master – Severely checked entering the home turn, bumped with another runner on several occasions rounding the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Stewards spoke to trainers representative Josh Priest in regard to the greyhounds racing manners rounding the home turn. After viewing the video replay Stewards took into considering the high level of interference to the greyhound therefore gave the greyhound the benefit of the doubt that it had contravened any rule.

4 Summer Fiesta – Severely checked entering the home turn, bumped with another runner on several occasions rounding the home turn.

5 Jimbaran Express – Late scratching at 10.35am – Illness.

7 Just As Nice – Severely checked entering the home turn.

8 Tiger Knight – Checked entering the home turn.

Race 4 - DOVER & SONS NOVICE 288m

2 Rosdue Tyson – Checked entering the home turn.

3 Silky Sam – Late scratching at 10.35am – Veterinary advice.

4 Go Katie Go – Checked entering the home turn, bumped with another runner on several occasions entering the home straight.

5 Daysea's Blue – Checked entering the home turn.

7 Aerobic Rouge – Checked entering the home turn.

8 Lucky Elephant – Bumped with another runner entering the home straight.

Race 5 - GREYHOUND GEAR NPW 288m

5 Kaypat Queen – Checked and taken wider by another runner entering the home turn.

6 Give Me Donuts – Checked and shifted out then turned its head outwards towards another runner entering the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed split webbing to the near side hind foot the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Steward’s spoke to trainer Lawrence Topping regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After viewing the video replay and considered submissions from the trainer and the veterinary report, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Fail to Pursue 2nd offence - 28 day stand down at all tracks and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

7 Farmor Attitude – Dragged down from behind entering the home turn.
