4 Captivate – Checked entering the first turn. Made contact with the running rail approaching the top turn. Checked rounding the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities.

6 Spring Demon – Checked rounding the first turn. Improved onto heels rounding the top turn.

8 Rocket Reddy – Checked rounding the first turn. Checked rounding the home turn.

Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 431m

1 Rubys And Pearls – Checked rounding the first turn.

2 Get Carter – Checked and became unbalanced entering the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the offside pin muscle and subsequently was stood down for 7 days.

3 Nice Redeem – Checked rounding the first turn.

6 Whether To Fly – Severely checked and fell rounding the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities.

7 Baby Thor – Checked rounding the first turn.

A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the offside hind metatarsal. Subsequently the greyhound was stood down from racing for a period of 60 days and will be required to complete an injury trial prior to next racing. This matter will be referred to the Greyhound injury review panel.

2 Spring Betty – Checked off heels shortly after the start. Made contact with the running rail entering the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities.

3 Samson's Delilah – Checked shortly after the start. Checked entering the first turn.

5 Spring Release – Slow to begin. Checked entering the first turn.

8 Media Rights – Slow to begin. Checked entering the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities.

Race 8 - GARRARD'S HORSE & HOUND 4/5 GRADE FINAL MIXED 4/5 520m

3 Wrong Girl Harry – A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the near side shoulder and subsequently was stood down for 10 days.

4 Major Blip – Slow to begin and checked shortly after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the groin muscle and subsequently was stood down for 7 days.

8 Jedi Miss – Gave ground over the concluding stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the near side pin and subsequently was stood down for 10 days.

Race 10 - GJ WALSH & CO GRADE 5 (1) 431m

1 Spring Aster – Checked rounding the first turn.

2 Queen Of Samson – Checked rounding the first turn. Gave ground over the concluding stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the offside pin and subsequently was stood down for 10 days.

3 Zipping Thunder – Checked rounding the first turn.

5 In The Spotlight – Checked rounding the first turn. Checked entering the top turn.

6 Rottnest Blues – Checked rounding the first turn. Checked off heels entering the home turn.

Race 11 - TAB GRADE 5 (2) 431m

3 Rio Riley – Severely checked and fell rounding the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities.

4 Go Wild Ethan – Checked entering the back straight.

7 Set The Standard – Checked entering the first turn and again rounding the first turn.

8 Union Surprise – Dragged down from behind rounding the first turn.

9 Suite Lexie (2) - Checked rounding the first turn.

3 Again – Checked entering the back straight. Eased and turned its head inwards on multiple occasions in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the offside foreleg, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to trainer C Emery regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Again was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment by reason of injury. The greyhound must perform a Satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 125, before any future nomination will be accepted.

5 Keep It Classy – Checked entering the back straight. Made contact with the running rail in the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities.
