1 Unlimited Wolf – Made contact with the running rail entering the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities.

3 Eclipse Force – Checked off heels rounding the first turn. Bumped with another runner entering the home straight.

7 Mahi Mahi Miss – Slow to begin.  Checked entering the first turn. Bumped with another runner entering the home straight.

Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN (2) 288m

2 Burn One Out – Checked shortly after the start. Dragged down from behind entering the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities.

3 Stylish Rico – Improved onto heels, severely checked and fell entering the first turn, took no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities.

5 Girls A Battler – Checked shortly after the start. Checked entering the first turn.

7 Summer Fiesta – Checked shortly after the start. Severely checked and fell entering the first turn, took no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities. Underwent a second post-race veterinary examination which confirmed no significant abnormalities.

Race 7 - JUST GREYHOUND PHOTOS MIXED 3/4 431m

2 Ringbark Cutie – Checked entering the back straight. Tailed the field for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the near hind leg and was subsequently stood down for 7 days.

4 Blue Rex – Turned its head outwards towards another runner in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainers representative M Westwood regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 124 Blue Rex was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. The greyhound was suspended for 28 days at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 124, before any future nomination will be accepted.

5 Trapped – Checked shortly after the start. Checked entering the back straight.

Race 8 - CHASE NEWSPAPER 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 431m

2 Maywyn A Cracker – Checked rounding the first turn.

3 Spring Arlo – Slipped coming out of the boxes. Checked rounding the first turn.

4 Barefoot Slapper – Bumped after the start.

5 Time To Enjoy – Bumped after the start.

6 Not Alone – Checked rounding the first turn.

7 Spring Lilli – Checked rounding the first turn.

2 Cool Hand Rick – Checked off heels and shifted out abruptly approaching the top turn.

3 Summer Holiday – Checked entering the home turn

4 Tuta Delta – Shifted out rounding the home turn. Turned its head outwards towards another runner in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainers representative L Drurey regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124 Tuta Delta was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. The greyhound was suspended for 28days at Ipswich and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 124, before any future nomination will be accepted.

5 He's A Minstrel – Slow to begin.
