Race 1 - TAB VENUE MODE MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 431m

1 Johnny Baha – Slow to begin.

2 Rocket Reddy – Checked off the heels of another runner shortly after the start. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed an injury to the off-hind toe and was stood down from racing for 7 days.

3 Urban Girl – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground. Bumped with another runner several times approaching the finishing line.

4 Villain – Bumped with another runner several times approaching the finishing line. Fell in the catching pen when pulling up after the race had concluded. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

5 Cash Strap – Shifted out and bumped with another runner several times rounding the home turn and became momentarily unbalanced.

6 Top Shelf Toby – Bumped by another runner in the home straight and became momentarily unbalanced.

7 Booming Boo Boo – Bumped with another runner several times rounding the home turn and became momentarily unbalanced.

8 Farmor Ambushed – Slow to begin.

Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 431m

1 Waikarie Peg – Underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the request of trainer Karen Kleinhans that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

2 Boom Boom Harley – Slow to begin. Shifted out and raced wide through the home turn.

5 Scraggy Sinclair – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn.

7 Blue Hornet – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and became momentarily unbalanced. Fell in the catching pen when pulling up after the race had concluded. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

8 Farmor Hype – Checked off the heels of another runner approaching the home turn.

10 Rubys And Pearls (4) – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground.

3 Gin Shelf – Shifted out and bumped with another runner leaving the first turn and became momentarily unbalanced.

5 Farmor Hope – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground. Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the turn off the back straight. Turned its head inwards and made muzzle contact with another runner in the home straight. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr Steven Scott regarding Farmor Hope’s racing manners in the home straight. After reviewing the video footage of the race, Stewards acting under the provisions of GAR123 charged Farmor Hope with marring (1^st offence) and was stood down from racing for 28 days at Ipswich plus the completion of a satisfactory trial.

6 Bellissimo Blue – Slow to begin. Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground. Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the turn off the back straight.

8 Berta's Babe – Checked across the heels of another runner at the top of the home straight.

9 Back Flip (4) – Marred by another runner in the home straight.

Race 4 - DOVER & SONS NOVICE 431m

2 Spring Demon – Slow to begin.

3 Ouzo Herrera – Slow to begin. Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

5 This Time Buddy – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

7 Secret Doll – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground. Raced wide in the home straight.

8 Sent From Heaven – Bumped by another runner rounding the first turn.

Race 5 - FEDERAL MORGAN AT STUD NPW 431m

2 Wild Keyra – Forced to race wide through the home turn.

6 Sam Wilson – Slow to begin.

7 Thybulle – Slow to begin. Checked off the heels of another runner approaching the turn off the back straight and lost ground.

8 Oh So Opulent – Checked off the heels of another runner leaving the first turn and lost ground.

1 Bold Hornet – Shifted out and bumped heavily with another runner rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground. Checked off the heels of another runner and raced wide rounding the home turn.

3 Arabian Again – Slow to begin.

4 Spring Pirate – Bumped heavily by another runner rounding the first turn and was checked.

6 Tempting Fate – Slow to begin.

7 Kasey's Money – Slow to begin.

8 Jury's Out – Clipped on the heels by another runner rounding the home turn.

Race 7 - CHASE NEWSPAPER 4/5 GRADE FINAL MIXED 4/5 520m

1 Petite Swagger – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn. Turned its head outwards rounding the home turn towards the runner on the outside, deviating her attention away from the lure. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer Mrs Karen Tribe regarding Petite Swagger’s racing manners rounding the home turn. After reviewing the video footage of the race, Stewards acting under the provisions of GAR124(1) charged Petite Swagger with Failing to Pursue (1^st offence) and was stood down from racing for 28 days at Ipswich plus the completion of a satisfactory trial.

2 Out Of Champagne – Took the first turn awkwardly and began to weaken shortly after losing considerable ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed an injury to the offside wrist and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

3 Spring Release – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked.

5 Spring Cleo – Inconvenienced by another runner rounding the home turn.

6 Referral – Slow to begin.

Race 8 - GJ WALSH & CO BEST 8 431m

2 Pokie Payout – Checked across the heels of another runner in the home straight.

4 Key West – Slow to begin.

6 Chance – Bumped with another runner rounding the first turn.
