9 Sweet Babe – Dragged down from behind in the back straight, checked entering the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

1 Voldemont – Bumped with another runner in the home straight.

2 Lenny Rocks Out – Checked approaching the home turn, checked rounding the home turn.

3 Frosty Feet – Shifted out and turned its head outwards towards another runner entering the home straight, bumped with another runner in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed split webbing to the offside hind leg the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days. Steward’s spoke to trainer Renald Attard regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After viewing the video replay and considered submissions from the trainer and the Veterinary report, Stewards invoked GAR 125 Fail to Pursue with injury, the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

Stewards viewed the video replay and considered submissions from the trainer and the veterinary report. Stewards deemed that greyhound had eased and turned it head towards other runners taking its attention away from the lure, therefore Stewards invoked GAR 124 Fail to Pursue 1st offence - 28 day stand down at Ipswich and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.
