Race 1 - GO THE PINK DOG MAIDEN 520m

1 Johnny Baha Checked shortly after the start.

2 Raven Rose Checked shortly after the start. Over the final stages of the race Raven rose shifted out, head turned to the outside away from the lure.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 124(1) Raven Rose was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment.  Trainer pleaded not guilty to the charge, Raven Rose was found guilty. As this was Raven Rose 1^st offence the greyhound was suspended for 28 days at Ipswich and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 124(1), before any future nomination will be accepted. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.

3 Black Monaro Checked shortly after the start.

6 Vixon Lad Checked shortly after the start.

7 Hara's Harley Checked shortly after the start. Visibly eased and turned its head to the inside away from the lure rounding the turn into the back straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124(1) Hara's Harley was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Trainer L Lewis pleaded guilty to the charge, Hara's Harley was found guilty. As this was Hara's Harley 1^st offence the greyhound was suspended for 28 days at Ipswich and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 124(1), before any future nomination will be accepted. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.

8 Dandelion Late scratching TAB: 4:45PM. Seasonal.

1 Shanti Checked entering the turn out of the front straight.

Race 8 - RACE TO BEAT BREAST CANCER CUP FINAL OPEN 732m

3 She's Precocious Bumped entering the front straight on the first occasion.

5 Oh So Sassy Bumped entering the front straight on the first occasion.

6 Referral Severely checked and fell entering the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the near side wrist, 5 days stand down from racing.

7 Hara's Rusty Severely checked and pulled up entering the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the scapula, 60 days stand down from racing and completion of satisfactory trial prior to racing next. This matter will be referred to the greyhound racing injury review panel.

8 Underwater Bumped entering the front straight on the first occasion.

Race 9 - IHF BREAST CANCER AWARENESS GRADE 5 (2) 520m

3 Sam Wilson Bumped shortly after the start. Improved upon the heels of another runner entering the turn out of the front straight.

1 Chance Checked off heels shortly after the start.

2 Ron's Brother Checked off heels entering the turn out of the back straight.

3 Armstrong Severely checked and fell entering the turn into the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed minor injuries to both hind legs, 5 days stand down from racing.
