1 Grumpy Moose – Checked entering the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the near side pin and was subsequently stood down for 7 days.

2 Mahi Mahi Miss – Extremely slow to begin and tailed the field for the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr K Ollerton regarding the greyhound’s starting manners. Stewards deemed the performance to be unsatisfactory. Acting under GAR 129(a) Mahi Mahi Miss must perform a satisfactory trial before any future nomination will be accepted.
