2 My Hassle – Bumped with another runner soon after the start.

1 Prince Brockie – Checked rounding the first turn, eased and turned its head outwards taking it attention away from the lure entering the back straight, checked entering the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainer Ashley Bock regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After viewing the video replay and considered submissions from the trainer and the veterinary report, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Fail to Pursue 1st offence - 28 day stand down at Ipswich and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

6 Urraca – Checked rounding the first turn, checked rounding the home turn then trailed the field for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.
