3 Enlightened – A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the near side wrist and was subsequently stood down for 21 days.

4 My Ninja – Checked entering the back straight.

5 Shian Ollie – Checked entering the back straight. Checked across heels rounding the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the near side pin and was subsequently stood down for 10 days.

6 Sahara Castle – Checked rounding the home turn.

7 Spot Me – Checked entering the back straight.

Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN (1) 431m

1 Up The Amps – Severely checked in the first turn. Eased and then pulled up rounding the top turn, failing to complete the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainers representative Mr Kevin Kemp regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the top turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124 Up The Amps was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment, the greyhound was suspended for 28 days at Ipswich and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 124, before any future nomination will be accepted.
