1 Whispering Abbey – Entering the home straight shifted in colliding with another runner. |
|
2 Keep You Posted – Into the 1st turn was tightened. |
|
3 Manuka Duck – Underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was deemed a late scratching at 2:01pm on veterinary advice due to injury and was subsequently stood down from racing for 14 days. |
|
4 Lenny Rocks Out – Into the 1st turn was checked. |
|
5 Spring Flare – Into the 1st turn was inconvenienced, into the back turn improved onto heels and was checked, entering the home straight was severely checked. |

6 Johnny Baha – In the home straight was severely checked. |
|
7 My Shrek – Slow to begin. |
|
8 Rita's Duck – Slow to begin, into the back turn was tightened. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. |

5 Dandelion – Slow to begin, through the 1st turn was severely checked. |

8 Sid's Mate – Through the 1st turn was checked. |

1 Bentley Boom – Approaching the 1st turn checked across heels, near the finish was marred by another runner. |
|
2 Lady Mcbeth – Near the finish was tightened, falling as a result. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. |

4 Berta's Babe – Near the finish shifted out making head and muzzle contact with the runner to its outside. Stewards spoke to trainer R Attard regarding the greyhound’s racing manners at that stage of the event, after reviewing the video replay and the submissions for Mr Attard, stewards deemed that Berta’s Babe did make head contact with the greyhound to its outside therefore invoked GAR 123 Marring. As this was the greyhound’s 3rd offence under this rule Berta’s Babe was suspended from racing at all tracks for 3 months and until the successful completion of 2 satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. |

9 Boom Boom Harley (2) – Into the 1st turn marred the runner to its inside, Leaving the 1st turn was checked. Stewards spoke to trainer P O’Reilly regarding the greyhound’s actions into the 1st turn. After reviewing the video replay and Mr O’Reilly’s acknowledgment for his greyhound’s action, stewards invoked GAR 123 Marring. As this was the greyhound’s 1st offence under this rule Boom Boom Harley was suspended from racing at all tracks for 28 days at Ipswich and until the successful completion of a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. |

2 Spring Aster – Into the 1st turn was tightened. |
|
3 Speed Badke – Underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was passed fit to race. Into the 1st turn was tightened. |

4 Buster Up – Into the 1st turn was tightened. |
|
5 She's So Gnarley – Into the 1st turn was tightened, into the back turn was checked. |
|
6 Romantic Verses – Into the 1st turn was tightened. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its offside foreleg and was stood down from racing for 21 days. |

7 Bora Blue – Over the final stages checked across heels. |
|
8 State Of Rage – Through the 1st turn was galloped and checked. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury sustained to its back and was stood down from racing for 60 days and must complete a steward’s trial prior to racing next after the injury period has expired. Trainer K Forrester advised stewards it would be his intention to retire the greyhound. |
