General: Stewards conducted a ballot in the presence of trainers J Cutlack (I’M PEAKIN’) and D Gladman (LET’S GO DAISY) to determine which greyhound was to participate in the final of the Vince Curry Memorial, as the two greyhounds dead heated in semi final 4.

3 DANNI'S ON FIRE – Entering the back straight was checked, leaving the back straight was checked.

4 PIAZZA MINERVA – Leaving the back straight was checked.

5 KING WYLDE – Slow to begin.

6 COURAGEOUS CAROL – Slow to begin.

Race 2 - TAB VENUE MODE MA5 2 520m

4 FARMOR ALFA'S – Through the 1^st turn was momentarily held up for clear running.

Race 3 - SKY RACING GRADE 5 2 520m

5 OUTLAW ROCKY – Into the 1^st turn checked across heels.

6 MONZA – Into the 1^st turn was inconvenienced.

4 CALDER - Late scratching at 4:23pm due to weight variation (GAR 101(1). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Daniel Lee was fined $100 acting under GAR 101(3)(b).

3 SHERWOOD – Shortly after the start collided with another runner, into the 1^st turn was checked, in the home straight collided with another runner.

5 MISS VILLAIN - Through the 1^st turn was checked.

7 TEN PARS – Into the 1^st turn was inconvenienced, through the 1^st turn was checked.

9 MAYBELLE CARTER – Slow to begin, into the 1^st turn was inconvenienced and checked.

2 MORETON MAGIC – Into the 1^st turn was checked, approaching the back turn was checked.

3 TAYLA'S LASS – Begin awkwardly, into the 1^st turn was inconvenienced.

4 STEEL GUNN – Was checked on jumping away, approaching the 1^st turn was tightened making contact with the running rail, into the 1^st turn was checked. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its nearside hind leg and was stood down from racing for 5 days

5 SHISHKIN – Slow to begin a short distance later was tightened.

6 BAREFOOT COWBOY – Into the 1^st turn was severely checked almost falling. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

10 BOMBER BAR COOL – Into the 1^st turn was inconvenienced.

Race 7 - VINCE CURRY MEMORIAL (G3) SEMI-FINAL 3 MAIDEN 2 520m

1 SIRIUS SANDY – Into the 1^st turn was checked.

2 BRIMSTONE – Into the 1^st turn was tightened.

3 VALPOLICELLA – Approaching the 1^st turn was tightened, into the 1^st turn was checked and forced very wide.

4 BRIGHTEST GUNN – Slow to begin, into the 1^st turn was inconvenienced, through the 1^st turn was checked.

5 AYRTON – Shortly after the start was checked, into the 1^st turn was checked, through the 1^st turn was checked.

6 PRINCESS DAMIRO – Into the 1^st turn was severely checked, through the 1^st turn was checked. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its nearside hind foot and was stood down from racing for 7 days.

7 HOT BLASTER – Into the 1^st turn was checked.

8 FREE DROP – Into the 1^st turn was inconvenienced and force very wide.

Race 8 - VINCE CURRY MEMORIAL (G3) SEMI-FINAL 4 MAIDEN 2 520m

1 CANYA SHELLY – Into the back turn commenced to shorten stride, rounding the home turn was checked. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have cramped, a 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer A Bobak was advised acting in accordance with GAR 130(a) (Cramp) Canya Shelly must perform a satisfactory steward’s trial before any future nomination will be accepted.

2 HARA'S BOOTS – Into the back turn improved onto heels, rounding the home turn was checked.

3 KING OF COOL – Into the 1^st turn was tightened.

4 HONEY BAR COOL – Slow to begin, approaching the 1^st turn made heavy contact with the running rail falling as a result. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

5 SEPTIMUS – Slow to begin, through the 1^st turn was checked. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its nearside hind toe and was stood down from racing for 21 days

6 I'M PEAKIN' – Into the 1^st turn was inconvenienced.

7 PLUM TUCKERED – Into the 1^st turn was inconvenienced, through the 1^st turn was checked.

Race 9 - DOVER & SONS MIXED 3/4 2 431m

2 REGGIE'S BROTHER – Into the 1^st was tightened.

4 ELA CALIENTE – Into the 1^st turn was tightened, leaving the 1^st turn was tightened falling as a result. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.
