4 Instigate – Best away. Checked in the front straight.

6 Long And Lean – Tightened for racing room approaching the 1^st turn. Turned head outwards and made muzzle contact with another runner leaving the 1^st turn. Checked in the front straight. Checked on numerous occasions approaching the finishing line. GAR123 Marring 28 days at Ipswich and a steward’s trial.

7 Great Mate Checked approaching the 1^st turn. Checked and became unbalanced in the front straight.

9 Second Star – Clipped heels approaching the 1^st turn. Checked leaving the 1^st turn. Shifted out and checked another runner entering the front straight. Checked on numerous occasions approaching the finishing line. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury. Stewards questioned trainer Mr B.Hazelgrove in regards to the greyhounds actions, after reviewing all available evidence stewards could not be comfortably satisfied that the greyhound had offended under any rules of racing and no further action was taken.

2 Flat Broke – Bumped shortly after the start.

3 Dam Carob – Bumped shortly after the start.

4 Galway Flash – Bumped shortly after the start. Bumped in the 1^st turn.

5 Pink Moon – Bumped in the 1^st turn. Checked approaching the turn into the front straight. Checked entering the front straight.

6 Enlightened – Checked entering the front straight.

8 Tuta Teddy – Bumped in the 1^st turn. Checked approaching the turn into the front straight. Bumped in the front straight.

2 Farmor Frisky – Severely checked and fell approaching the 1^st turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination, was found to have a dislocated offside fore elbow. stood down for 90 days, requires an injury trial to return to racing. This matter will be referred to the Greyhound injury Panel.

3 Burn The Turf – Tightened for racing room and dragged down approaching the 1^st turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the Offside hip and stood down for 7 days.
