Race 1 - TAB VENUE MODE MAIDEN 431m

1 I'm Lucky – Checked in the back straight.

2 Kiki's Boy – Checked shortly after the start. Checked in the 1^st turn. Tightened for racing room rounding the turn into the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have nearside hip support and stood down for 14 days.

3 Velocity Phoebe – Checked shortly after the start. Checked in the 1^st turn.

4 Long Way Out – Late scratching TAB notified at 5.42pm. Stewards spoked to trainers representative Mr Paul Cauchi in regards to this matter, where he stated that they had already started traveling to the track when they were notified of the meeting time change and going from an early meeting to a night meeting which had not been planned for. Stewards accepted this and no further action taken.

5 Sirius Bill – Checked rounding the turn into the back straight.

6 My Lassie – Checked shortly after the start. Tightened for racing room approaching the turn into the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury.

7 Sirius Jennifer – Shifted in and checked shortly after the start.

8 Snake Eyes Senna – Checked in the 1^st turn. Shifted in and checked on numerous occasions in the back straight.

Race 2 - SKY RACING NOVICE (1) 431m

1 Sid's Mate – Checked in the top turn. Checked approaching the turn into the front straight. Checked rounding the turn into the front straight.

2 Bang Bang Bang – Checked in the top turn. Tightened for racing room rounding the turn into the front straight.

3 Yumar – Checked shortly after the start. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury.

4 Emerald Ability – Checked shortly after the start. Checked in the top turn.

5 Sirius Lizzie – Clipped heels entering the back straight. Checked approaching the turn into the front straight. Bumped approaching the finishing line.

6 Top Trip Pam – Checked shortly after the start. Shifted out and checked leaving the 1^st turn. Shifted out and turn out wards to another runner but did not make muzzle contact rounding the turn into the front straight. Turned head outwards on numerous occasions but did not make muzzle contact entering the front straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to nearside pin muscle. GAR125 Failing to Pursue with injury 14 days and a steward’s trial.

7 Spring Flare – Checked shortly after the start. Checked in the 1^st turn.

8 Kaypat World – Checked shortly after the start. Checked and forced wide in the 1^st turn.

3 Don't Tell Han – Clipped heels, shifted out and checked another runner leaving the 1^st turn.

4 Sirius Kyle – Checked in the 1^st turn. Tightened for racing room leaving the 1^st turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the offside hip and stood down for 10 days.

6 King Brockie – Marginally slow away. Checked leaving the 1^st turn. Raced wide in the back straight.

7 Dandelion – Checked in the 1^st turn. Checked entering the back straight.

9 Ayaya (5) – Checked in the 1^st turn. Checked entering the back straight. Raced wide in the front straight.

2 Spot On Ginger – Checked in the 1^st turn. Clipped heels leaving the 1^st turn.

3 Born To Lead – Checked in the top turn.

4 Rosebud Smile – Checked in the 1^st turn. Checked leaving the 1^st turn.

1 Kooringa Magic – Severely checked in the 1^st turn. Checked and became unbalanced approaching the finishing line. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury. Trainer Mr Will Griffiths stated to stewards that he was happy with the run tonight and plans to race over a shorter distance in upcoming events.

4 Monza – Shifted out and clipped heels leaving the 1^st turn.  Shifted out and checked other runners in the back straight.

5 Flying Promise – Marginally slow away.

6 Orson Black – Checked and forced wide in the back straight. Checked in the top turn.

7 Set Sail – Checked in the 1^st turn. Checked approaching the finishing line.

8 Spot On Lads – Marginally slow away. Shifted out and checked other runner in the back straight.

1 Who Told Paddy – Checked entering the back straight. Checked approaching the finishing line.

2 Showtime Holly – Best away. Checked approaching the finishing line.

6 Spring Sonic – Checked shortly after the start. Bumped on numerous occasions rounding the turn into the front straight.
