2 Friend Or Foe Took an awkward step and commenced to give ground leaving the turn into the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the off side hip, 14 days stand down from racing.

2 Tumbling Dice Turned its head to the inside, away from the lure on several occasions over the middle stages of the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the chest muscle 10 days stand down from racing.

Stewards spoke to trainer Terry Duncan, the trainer of Tumbling Dice regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125 Tumbling Dice was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment, with injury. Tumbling Dice was found guilty. As this was Tumbling Dice 1^st offence the greyhound was suspended for 10 days at Ipswich and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, before any future nomination will be accepted.
