General: Due to a starting box malfunction race 6 was delayed by approximately 7 minutes and was then manually started. The all clear for race 6 was delayed affording stewards the opportunity to view the footage in relation to the position of the lure at the start of the event after doing so stewards were comfortably satisfied that no greyhound was disadvantaged therefore all clear was given.

Trainer Kristy Deicmanis was reminded of her obligations regarding the dress code.

Race 1 - TAB VENUE MODE MAIDEN 431m

1 All Torque – Entering the first turn was checked.

2 Little Hercules - Entering the first turn was checked then shortly after was dragged down. Entering the back straight was checked. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

4 Sirius Bill – Was slow to begin. Entering the first turn was checked then shortly after improved onto heels.

5 Villain - Entering the first turn was checked.

6 My Ace – Exiting the back turn raced wide.

7 Cookie Queen - Stewards inquired into the greyhounds’ action leaving the boxes, after reviewing all available evidence and speaking to trainer Mr J Valentine the stewards could not be comfortably satisfied that the greyhound had offended under any rules of racing and no further action was taken.

8 Baby Beau - Entering the first turn was checked.

Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN 520m

1 All That Torque – Began awkwardly.

3 Hooked On Dean – Approaching the winning post on the first occasion was tightened. Approaching the first turn was checked.

4 Sirius Sandy – Entering the first turn was checked. Through the first turn was checked. Exiting the back turn contacted the running rail. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

5 Valhalla – Was slow to begin. Approaching the first turn was checked.

6 Fawn Rocket Man - Entering the first turn was checked.

8 My King - Entering the first turn was checked and then became unbalanced momentarily.

1 Our Plumber – A post-race veterinarian examination revealed a near fore toe injury and was stood down from racing for 5 days.

Race 4 - DOVER & SONS MIXED 4/5 431m

3 Canya Torque – Entering the first turn was checked.

8 Battlefield – Along the home straight raced wide.

Race 5 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS GRADE 5 (1) 431m

1 Ruby Shines – Through the first turn was checked.

2 Brigginshaw - Through the first turn was checked.

5 Dark Ruby – Shortly after the start was checked.

6 Dr. Libby – Was slow to begin. Shortly after the start was checked. Through the first turn was checked.

8 Ron's Brother – A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an injury to both wrists and was stood down from racing for 14 days.

4 Tiny Encounter – Was slow to begin.

6 Declan Monelli – Entering the first turn bumped with another runner. Entering the turn out of the home straight was checked. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

8 Burned - Entering the first turn bumped with another runner then checked. Entering the turn out of the home straight was checked.

Race 7 - SKY RACING GRADE 5 520m

4 Spot On Harper – Shortly after the start bumped with another runner then checked.

6 Tear Up - Shortly after the start bumped with another runner then checked

7 Lula's Ruby - Shortly after the start bumped with another runner.

Race 8 – TAB MIXED 4/5 520m

2 Baccarat Boy – Shortly after the start was checked.

3 Balmy Nights – Entering the first turn was galloped on from behind. Exiting the first turn improved onto heels and then checked around heels.

4 Fancy A Scotch – Entering the first turn was tightened and checked then improved onto heels and then stumbled. Exiting the first turn was tightened and checked. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed a back strain and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

6 Dashing Dipper – Was slow to begin. Along the back straight raced wide.

7 My Dream Girl – Exiting the first turn was galloped on from behind.

1 Major Blip – Approaching the first turn lost ground appearing injured. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an off-hind hip injury and was stood down from racing for 21 days.

4 Fast And Fabio – Entering the first turn lost ground appearing injured. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed a near side pin muscle injury and was stood down from racing for 21 days.

Race 10 - ACCELL THERAPY GRADE 5 (2) 431m

1 Spring Rowan – Entering the first turn was checked.

2 He's The Outlaw - Entering the first turn was checked. Entering the back turn was checked and then became unbalanced momentarily.

3 Stylish Rico - Entering the first turn was checked. Exiting the first turn was checked.

4 Jump Man – Exiting the first turn raced wide. Exiting the back turn raced wide.

6 Flying Promise – Was slow to begin. Exiting the first turn was checked.

7 Call Me Rip – Approaching the back turn lost ground appearing injured. A post-race veterinarian examination a near side hind leg injury and was stood down from racing for 90 days and must complete a solo veterinarian trial before any future nomination.
