2 Tequila Worm – Checked in the first turn.

3 Galloping Black – Turned its head outwards towards another runner entering the back straight. Marred by another runner and was forced outwards making contact with the outside fence in the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr D Johnstone regarding the greyhound’s racing manners entering the back straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124(1) failing to pursue the lure with due commitment, Galloping Black was suspended for 28 days at Ipswich and must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

4 Noah Charles – Bumped approaching the first turn. Turned its head outwards and made muzzle contact with another runner entering the back straight. Stewards spoke to Mr S Armstrong the trainer’s representative of Noah Charles regarding the greyhound’s racing manners entering the back straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 marring, Noah Charles was suspended for 28 days at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127, before any future nomination will be accepted.

5 Go Wild Ethan – Checked in the first turn.

7 Godges – Checked in the first turn.

8 Septimo – Checked in the first turn. Checked rounding the home turn.

9 Thornbird – Inconvenienced in the first turn.

Severely checked approaching the winning post. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the offside wrist, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mrs A Clelland regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125(a), failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury), Always Broke must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

4 Flight To Mars – Checked approaching the top turn and gave ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the offside pin and was subsequently stood down for 21 days.

5 Lucky Bundy – Slow to begin. Severely checked rounding the top turn.

6 Wild Ritza – Checked entering the first turn.

8 Illegal One – Checked entering first turn. Checked in the back straight. Checked in the home straight.
