4 Wildash Kev- Checked entering the turn out of the back straight.

6 Harada's Lass- Checked entering the turn out of the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which did not reveal any abnormalities.

2 Double Tara- Checked shortly after the start.

4 Master Barcia- Checked shortly after the start. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which did not reveal any abnormalities.

Race 4 - DOVER & SONS NOVICE 431m

5 Lorna's Creek- Checked in first turn.

8 Snake Eyes Senna- Faulted when racing through first turn, trailing the field for the remainder of the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the offside pin muscle. Snake Eyes Senna was stood down from racing for 14 days.

1 Ruby Shines- Checked in first turn.

2 Siren City- Checked in first turn.

5 Velocity Carly- Checked in first turn.

6 Bonnie Rico- Checked in first turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the off-hind toe and was stood down from racing for 5 days.

8 Outback Gold- Checked in first turn.

10 Mitchell's Lass (7)- Checked in first turn.

2 Spring Beau- Shifted out momentarily racing through the first turn, turning its head towards the runner racing to its outside. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the near pin muscle and was stood down from racing for a period of 7 days. Stewards spoke to trainers representative Mr S Byers, regarding the greyhound’s racing manners through the first turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125(a), Stewards charged Spring Beau with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Spring Beau must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

3 Blowin' A Tune- Checked through first turn.

4 Club Model- Checked entering turn out of the back straight. Turned its head towards the greyhound racing to its inside down the home straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination at trainer’s request which did not reveal any abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr D Makowiecki regarding the greyhound’s actions in the home straight, after reviewing the video replay and the hearing the submissions from Mr Makowiecki, stewards invoked GAR 123 Marring. As this was the greyhound’s 1st offence under this rule Club Model was suspended from racing at Ipswich for 28 days and until the successful completion of a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

1 Austrian Beauty- Severely checked in first turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed lacerations to the off-hind leg and was stood down from racing for 5 days.

3 Spring Sonic- Severely checked in first turn and fell. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which did not reveal any abnormalities.

4 It's Time Lionel- Checked in first turn.
