2 Swooper's Bias – Checked in the back straight. Checked entering the home straight.

3 Special Isle – Eased approaching the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer J Valentine regarding the greyhound’s actions at that stage of the event, after reviewing the video replay and hearing the submissions from Mr Valentine, stewards deemed Special Isle had eased and therefore invoked GAR 124 Failing to Pursue. As this was the greyhound’s 1st offence under this rule Special Isle was suspended from racing at Ipswich for 28 days and until the successful completion of a satisfactory steward’s trial.
