6 Whoosh Car Checked shortly after the start and lost ground. Checked at the end of the back straight and lost ground. Became unbalanced approaching the winning post. Stewards spoke to trainer M Heilbronn regarding the greyhounds’ actions approaching the winning post. After taking into consideration the greyhounds injury stewards elected to give the greyhound the benefit of the doubt and took no action against the greyhound. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an offside pin injury and was stood down for 14 days |
