General: A lure malfunction occurred during pre-race trials. The start of race 1 was delayed allowing time for repairs and testing.

Race 1 - TAB VENUE MODE MAIDEN (1) 431m

6 Aerobic Swan A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the near side pin,

7 days stand down from racing.

Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN (2) 431m

3 Aerobic On Fire Visibly eased entering the turn out of the back straight. Turned its head away from the lure on several occasions over the final stages of the race.

Aerobic On Fire underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have nearside foreleg injury, a 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer K Murnane, regarding the greyhounds’ racing manners during several sections of the race. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125(a), failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury), Aerobic On Fire was found in breach and must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

1 Spring Amelia A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the near side shoulder, 7 days stand down from racing.

7 Drover’s Boy A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.

2 Bob’s Diva Underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was passed fit to race.

Race 5 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS NOVICE (2) 431m

2 Paws Pours Pause Slow to begin. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.
