1 Mr. Rolex – Checked and turned sideways through the back turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside foreleg and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. |

2 Galway Charm – Turned it’s head outwards towards another runner shortly after the start. Steward’s spoke to trainer Kieran Galloway regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Fail to purse 1st offence – 28 days stand down at Ipswich and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. |
