Acting under the provisions of GAR 124(1) failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Who Really Knows was found in breach and suspended for 28 days at Ipswich and must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted. |
