6 Sirius Bill – Slow to begin, checked entering the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a near side wrist injury under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

Race 2 - SKY RACING NOVICE 2 520m |
|
1 Nana Marie – Beaten favourite. Gave ground in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Trainer Chris Brydon stated that although he was disappointed with the greyhound’s performance the greyhound is still young and inexperienced and he doesn’t believe the greyhound has backed up well from its previous start and he intents to give the greyhound a short spell before racing again. Stewards noted the submissions.

4 Kasey’s Money – Shifted out and bumped with another runner on the first turn then gave ground and trailed the field for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed abrasions to both front legs, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

1 Hooked On Torque – Severely checked and became unbalanced entering the front straight then trailed the field for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

4 This Time Sara – Checked and taken wide entering the first turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination after an incident entering the catching pen, which revealed an offside hock injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 90 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.
7 Tommy Egan – Shifted out and gave ground in the back straight, trailed the field in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an abrasion to the near side hind leg under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.
