4. Stitched Up Jake – Through the first turn was checked. Entering the home straight turned its head outwards towards the outside runner. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainer Darren Johnstone regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR124 Failing to pursue – 28 days stand down at all tracks and must complete a satisfactory Steward’s trial prior to racing next.
6. Hot Or What – Entering the first turn was checked. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no significant findings. |

2. Firefly Samantha – Through the first turn was checked. Exiting the first turn was severely checked and turned sideways. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no significant findings. Stewards spoke to Malcolm Cuneo regarding the racing manners of Firefly Samantha exiting the first turn. After hearing evidence from Mr Cuneo, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action. |

4. Pale Rider – Entering the first turn eased appearing injured. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed off-hind foot laceration and was stood down from racing for 14 days.
6. Bundy Bounce – Entering the first turn was checked and then shortly after was dragged down. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an offside shoulder injury and was stood down from racing for 14 days. |
