6 Altair - Late scratching at 9.05am pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to illness the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards will require a Veterinary certificate before any future nominations will be accepted.
8 Ordinary Girl – Checked in the home straight, became unbalanced approaching the winning post. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Stewards spoke to trainer Bob Adams regarding the greyhound actions approaching the winning post. After considering all available evidence, Stewards took no further action on this occasion.

5 Bella Rye – Performed below market expectations. Checked soon after the start then gave ground and trailed the field for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed offside hind split webbing under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 3 days.

2 Uno Rusty – Checked entering the home turn. Deviated it attentions towards another runner making muzzle contact. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainer Darryl Sutton regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 123 Marring 1st offence – 28 days stand down at Ipswich and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.
5 Tiny Riot – Marred by another runner approaching the winning post. Fell entering the catching pen. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.
