3 Zephyr- Late scratching at 1.51pm pursuant to GAR 92(2) when the veterinary official found the greyhound to have an injury to the offside hind foot during kennelling. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. |

4 Benny Boy- Checked on multiple occasions throughout the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which did not reveal any findings. |

2 Minter Deluxe- Turned its head outwards in the home straight contacting Go Jill Go. Underwent a veterinary examination at the trainer’s request which Stewards spoke to trainer Mr Phillip Shaxson regarding the greyhound’s racing manners at that stage of the event. After hearing the steward’s observation, reviewing the video replay and the trainers’ submissions, stewards deemed that Minter Deluxe did make head contact with the greyhound to its outside therefore invoked GAR 123 Marring. As this was the greyhound’s 1st offence under this rule Minter Deluxe was suspended from racing at Ipswich for 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. |

2 Spring Demon- Beaten favourite. Checked on multiple occasions through the first turn. Checked through the turn off the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which did not reveal any findings.
7 Oh So Bro- Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a minor injury to the near hind foot, no stand down period was imposed. |
