4 Wotan Road – Severely checked and fell entering the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities. |

2 Majestic Money – Turned its head outwards and made muzzle contact with a runner to its outside rounding the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer S Topping regarding the greyhound’s racing manners at that stage of the event, after hearing the steward’s observation, reviewing the video replay and the trainers’ submissions, stewards deemed that Majestic Money did make muzzle contact with the greyhound to its outside therefore invoked GAR 123 Marring. As this was the greyhound’s 1st offence under this rule Majestic Money was suspended from racing at Ipswich for 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. |

6 Cash On Demand – Turned its head outwards towards another runner in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the off side hip and was subsequently stood down for 7 days. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr C Mutton regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125(a), failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury) Cash On Demand must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted. |
