4 Zydeco – Checked entering the first turn and fell. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a diaphragmatic flutter. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing 7 days. |

1 Emily’s A Sort - Late scratching at 11:27am pursuant to GAR 92(2) when the greyhound was found to have fleas during kennelling, the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days, and will require a Veterinary Certificate before any future nominations are accepted.
7 Alpha Alexia – A post-race veterinary examination revealed a laceration injury to the offside stopper bone. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 14 days.

3 Be Desired – Checked through the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside hip support. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 10 days.
7 King Cole – A post-race veterinary examination revealed a spike webbing injury to the nearside hindfoot. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 10 days. |

Race 8 - GOLDEN VIEW GREYHOUND COMPLEX BEST 8 288m |

1 Federal Phantom – In the catching pen showed unsatisfactory behaviour towards another runner. Stewards spoke to trainer M Campbell regarding the incident. After considering all available evidence, Stewards acted under the provisions of GAR131, advising Mr Campbell that the greyhound will be required to wear a caged aggression muzzle for future events, and will need to complete a satisfactory steward’s trial wearing the approved gear.
2 Making Sense – Checked exiting the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside wrist and pin. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 7 days.
4 Out Of Austrian – Injured in catching pen. A post-race veterinary examination revealed bruising and puncture wounds to the nearside hamstring. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 21 days.
