Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 2 520m
3 Ritzy Ritzy- Underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request which revealed a small laceration to the head with no stand down period imposed. |

4 Knopfler- Checked approaching the first turn and trailed the field for the remainder of the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed and injury to the offside foreleg and was stood down from racing for a period of 14 days.
7 Flipper King- Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the offside back muscle and was stood down from racing for a period of 10 days. Stewards spoke with trainer Mr D Johnstone regarding Flipper King’s efforts over the concluding stages of the event. After hearing Mr Johnstone’s submissions and considering the injury sustained to Flipper King, stewards took no further action. |

5 Ivy Rules- Slipped its collar and was momentarily loose during the pre-race parade. Underwent a veterinary examination and was passed fit to start.
8 Mighty River- Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the offside back muscle and was stood down from racing for a period of 21 days.

2 Traditional- Checked entering the first turn and trailed the field for the remainder of the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the near side pin muscle and was stood down from racing for a period of 7 days. |

7 Sandave Tommy- Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the near fore foot and was stood down from racing for 10 days. |

Race 10 - M & K BUTCHERS GRADE 5 (1) 2 431m |

4 Spring Tino- Severely checked in the first turn causing the greyhound to fall and take no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the off-hind foot and was stood down for a period of 60 days. Stewards further ordered that Spring Tino must perform a satisfactory trial before returning to racing.
5 Sirius Lizzie- Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the off-hind foot and was stood down from racing for a period of 5 days.
8 Jameson Bay- Stewards spoke with trainer Colin Curtis after the greyhound proved difficult to box in tonight’s event. Stewards will closely monitor the greyhounds boxing manners in future starts. |
