1 Spring Nick – Checked and became unbalanced through the back turn.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 5 - GET YOUR GOLDEN CHASE NOMS IN TODAY NOVICE (2) 431m

 

3 Pearl’s A Singer – A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside forelimb and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

 

4 Whiskey Sipper – A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

 

Race 6 - QUEENSLAND GREYHOUND RACING CLUB 4/5 GRADE HEAT 1 MIXED 4/5 431m

 

8 Pause Control – Checked and became unbalanced entering the back straight.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the back and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

 

Race 7 - ROSEWOOD VETERINARY SERVICE 4/5 GRADE HEAT 2 MIXED 4/5 431m

 

3 Bubble Baby – Commenced to give ground in the back straight appearing injured.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside forelimb and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

 

Race 8 - HURRY GOLDEN CHASE CLOSING TODAY 4/5 GRADE HEAT 3 MIXED 4/5 431m

 

7 Boxcar Wilde – Severely checked entering the catching pen.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

 

Race 9 - GARRARD'S HORSE & HOUND 4/5 GRADE HEAT 4 MIXED 4/5 431m

 

8 Second Stringer – A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside forelimb and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 21 days.

 

Race 10 - GOLDEN CHASE AUCTION SAT 12TH OCT 2024 4/5 GRADE HEAT 5 MIXED 4/5 431m

 

2 Bon Flame – Beaten favourite.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

 

8 Go Jill Go – Checked and became unbalanced leaving the first turn.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offhind limb and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.
