1. Mia’s My Girl – Into the back turn was severely checked. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. |

2. Real Rivalry – Into the back turn was severely checked after colliding with another runner falling as a result. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. |

2. Canya Ursula – Near the finished turned its head inwards and momentarily eased. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer B Belford regarding the greyhound’s actions for that stage of the event, after reviewing the video replay and the hearing the submissions from Mr Belford, stewards deemed the greyhound had taken its attention away from the lure therefore invoked GAR 124 Failing to Pursue. As this was the greyhound’s 1st offence under this rule Canya Ursula was suspended from racing at Ipswich for 28 days and until the successful completion of a satisfactory steward’s trial. |
