3 Rondinella – A post-race veterinary examination revealed a split webbing to the offside hindfoot. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 14 days.

4 Akaroa – Late scratching at 12:30pm pursuant to GAR 92(2) when the greyhound was found to be on season during kennelling, the greyhound has been stood down for 28 days.

7 Illegal Point – Approaching the winning post appeared awkward in its action. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside wrist. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing 28 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to returning to racing.

Race 4 - QGRC PATHWAYS HEAT 2 5PW 288m

5 Who Told Sarah – Through the first turn turned its head towards the outside runner. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant injury. Steward’s spoke to trainer Mr A Gates regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Failing to pursue (1st offence) – 28 days stand down at Ipswich and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

Race 5 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS PATHWAYS HEAT 3 5PW 288m

6 Artanis – Through the home straight appeared awkward in its action. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside pin. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 10 days.

8 Ryan’s Rocket – A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside hamstring. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 21 days.

3 Skip The Cue – Entering the first turn was checked. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant injury.

Race 8 - GOLDEN VIEW GREYHOUND COMPLEX BEST 8 288m

1 Taco Time – A post-race veterinary examination revealed a laceration to the offside hock. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 21 days.

6 Star Vega - Late scratching at 9:30am pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to trainer car breakdown.

7 Out Of Austrian – Entering the first turn was checked. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant injury.

1 Miner’s Light – Through the first turn checked and fell. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside wrist. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 14 days.

8 Soul Diva – Through the first turn was checked. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the neck. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 10 days.

4 Bundy Kaz – Late scratching at 9:30am pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to trainer car breakdown.

Race 11 - QUEENSLAND GREYHOUND RACING CLUB MA5 (1) 288m

3 Bang Bang Bang – Gave significant ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant injury. Stewards spoke to trainer K Kemp regarding the greyhound’s performance. Mr Kemp stated that the greyhound is returning from a long spell due to injury and that may have impacted the greyhound’s confidence. Stewards noted the explanation.

Race 12 - THE Q 2025 MA5 (2) 288m

7 Aussie Rocket – Fell in catching pen. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside wrist. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 7 days.
