After the running of Race 1 “all clear” was delayed after it was established that the squeaker fell off the lure rounding the first turn. After viewing the film stewards believed that no greyhound was materially effected and “all clear” was declared on the semaphored numbers 5-9-7-1. |

7 Sirius Andrew Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards spoke to Trainer D Johnstone regarding the greyhounds action approaching the winning post. After hearing submissions from trainer and viewing all available film stewards elected to give the greyhound the benefit of the doubt. |

Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a near hind hip strain and was stood down for 7 days The greyhound was charged under Gar 125 Failure to Pursue by reason of injury and must complete a successful stewards trial prior to nomination |
