Race 1 - QUEENSLAND GREYHOUND RACING CLUB MAIDEN 2 520m

1 Blazing Vision – Dragged down by another runner rounding the turn into the back straight losing considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 2 - TAB VENUE MODE NOVICE (1) 2 520m

Race 3 - SKY RACING NOVICE (2) 2 520m

1 Nacho Ninja – Checked off heels and raced wide rounding the first turn. Dragged down by another runner approaching the turn off the back straight losing ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 4 - THE Q 2025 GRADE 5 (1) 2 431m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 5 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS 0-3 WINS 3 630m

5 Akela Ola – Dragged down by another runner rounding the first turn losing ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a laceration to the off-hind leg and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

Race 6 - ROSEWOOD VETERINARY SERVICE 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 2 520m

6 Rusa Range – Faltered in its action shortly after entering the back straight, failing to complete the course. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside hock and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 90 days. Rusa Range must pass a satisfactory trial prior to racing next.

6 I’m Refined – Severely checked rounding the first turn losing considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the off-hind foot and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 60 days. I’m Refined must pass a satisfactory trial prior to racing next.

Race 10 - QGRC MIXED 4/5 2 431m

3 Spring Tino – Checked rounding the first turn. Faltered in its action shortly after entering the back straight, taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside hock and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 90 days. Spring Tino must pass a satisfactory trial prior to racing next.
