2 Kelmar Indi Underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was passed fit to race. Very slow to begin. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.
Stewards spoke to K Hansen, the handler of Kelmar Indi regarding its performance at the start of the race. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 129, Kelmar Indi must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.
4 Pearl’s A Singer Turned its head to the inside away from the lure, shifted in making muzzle contact with another runner approaching the finish.
Stewards spoke to M Mccarthy, the handler of Pearl’s A Singer regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 marring Pearl’s A Singer was found in breach and suspended for 28 days at Ipswich and must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127, before any future nomination will be accepted. |
