Race 1 - LADBROKES MATES MODE HOSTED POTS MAIDEN (1) 431m

2 Kicker Splash Turned its head to the inside away from the lure shortly after the start. Checked, shifted out and looked inwards passing the middle of the home straight.

Kicker Splash underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a near hind fibula injury, a 21 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainers representative K Woods, regarding the greyhounds’ racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125(a), failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury) Kicker Splash was found in breach and must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Race 4 – QGRC NOVICE 431m

7 Sirius Charlie Turned its head to the inside, away from the lure and pulled up passing the middle of the back straight.

Stewards spoke to D Johnstone, the trainer of Sirius Charlie regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the back straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124(1) failing to pursue the lure with due commitment Sirius Charlie was found in breach and suspended for 28 days at Ipswich and must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

8 Tiny But Potent A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.

Race 5 – GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 431m

3 It’s a Promise Underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was passed fit to race.

8 Spring Aura Severely checked and fell entering the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.

Race 6 - QUEENSLAND GREYHOUND RACING CLUB 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 431m

2 Future Ethics Collided with another runner entering the first turn.

6 Dottie Ricochet Collided with another runner entering the first turn.

Race 7 - ROSEWOOD VETERINARY SERVICE MIXED 3/4 431m

6 Daintree Blinder A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.

7 Elain Danced Turned its head to the outside, shifted out, and made muzzle contact with another runner in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to J Belford, trainers’ representative of Elain Danced regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Marring, Elain Danced was found in breach and suspended for 28 days at All Tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Race 9 - JUST GREYHOUND PHOTOS 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 GRADE 5 431m

2 Tank Engine Slow to begin. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury near side elbow, 7 days stand down from racing.

9 Ecker Road Late Scratching TAB 1.26PM GAR 76(2) Stewards permission.

Race 10 - LADBROKES PUNTER ASSIST 5TH GRADE HEAT 4 GRADE 5 431m

2 Destini Kadali Severely checked and fell entering the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury

4 Willow’s Witch Checked entering the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.

6 Bacchus Warnie Severely checked and fell rounding the turn into the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.
