Licensed trainer Brendon Stevens was reminded of his obligation in regard to the Racing Queensland dress policy.

Race 1 - LADBROKES RACING CLUB PATHWAYS HEAT 1 5PW 288m

7 Messy In Heaven – Heavily checked entering the home straight becoming unbalanced.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 2 - SKY RACING PATHWAYS HEAT 2 5PW 288m

2 Regal Scotch – Slipped leaving the boxes.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside forelimb and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

7 Chainsaw Ricky – A post-race veterinary examination revealed a slow recovery and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 5 days.

Race 4 - QGRC PATHWAYS HEAT 4 5PW 288m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 5 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS GRADE 5 288m

5 Luxury Jewel – Turned its head to the outside runner through the first turn.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.  Steward’s spoke to trainer M.Westwood regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Failing to pursue – 28 days stand down at Ipswich and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

Race 6 - ROSEWOOD VETERINARY SERVICE MIXED 4/5 288m

2 Top Shelf Toby – Took an awkward stride through the first turn and commenced to give ground.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside hindlimb and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

Race 7 - CHASE NEWSPAPER GRADE 4 288m

5 Little Meg – Took an awkward stride through the first turn and commenced to give ground.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside forelimb and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

Race 8 - JUST GREYHOUND PHOTOS BEST 8 288m

1 It’s Time Madam – Checked through the first turn and commenced to give ground.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside hindlimb and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

Race 9 - LADBROKES BLACKBOOK PATHWAYS HEAT 5 5PW 288m

2 Mega Man – Checked through the first turn and took an awkward stride in the home straight.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside forelimb and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 21 days.

6 Future Ethics – Checked through the first turn.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 11 - THE Q 2025 MA5 (1) 288m

8 Queen Of Samson – Commenced to give ground in the home straight appearing injured.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside forelimb and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

Race 12 - GARRARD'S HORSE & HOUND MA5 (2) 288m

6 Sheba’s Beauty - Late scratching at 10.23am pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to injury, the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards will require a Veterinary certificate before any future nominations will be accepted.
