After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Failing to pursue – 3 months stand down at all tracks and must complete 2 satisfactory steward’s trials prior to racing next.

Stewards acting under the provisions of GAR 106(2) advised trainer M.Westwood that the greyhound will now be boxed first for future race starts. Commenced to give ground in the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside forelimb and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.
