greyhound MAGIC MILLAH performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 2 over
the distance of 407m in a time of 23.97. |

BUMP was slow to begin. General tight
racing near the catching pen caused interference to ROMELDA. BOB’S JOKER and VELOCITY DONNA checked out
wide in the back straight. Shortly after
the 510m turn FITZROY LANDING shifted to the inside and marred MAGIC CRAFT. |

WEB DESIGN NOVICE 407M SENOR DANTE began well. PEEWEE JEANETTE lost ground in the back straight
and tailed the field. On the home turn
VELOCITY SHAZZ and BRAX FERNANDO checked near the rail causing VELOCITY SHAZZ
to fall. PENNY HARKS was
inconvenienced from this incident. PENNY HARKS was vetted and no
apparent injury was found. PEEWEE JEANETTE was vetted and was
found to have sustained a neck strain and was suspended for a period of 10
days. VELOCITY SHAZZ was vetted and was
found to have sustained an off hind leg strain and was suspended for a period
of 10 days. |

GRADE 407M JOIE ECLAT began well. Shortly after the start BOGART BLEND and
SOBER MAGGIE checked near the rail causing SOBER MAGGIE to lose ground and
failed to finish the race. SOBER MAGGIE was vet checked and was
found to have sustained a broken hock and was humanely euthanised. |

FEED & SEED 5th GRADE 407M SHAYLOR BACARDI began well. GENTLE JOAN was slow to begin, No other
incidents to report. |

GRADE 407M TWELVE PLUS TWO lost ground shortly after
the start after checking off the heels of ROADIE. ROADIE was severely
inconvenienced from this incident. |

MULRY TRAVEL 4/5th GRADE 510M BLACK AS TAR was slow to begin. BOGIE’S A STAR dropped off from the field
shortly after the start and finished the race tailed off. DEB’S PENNY and BOYS ZARR BOYS checked on
the first turn and both lost ground.
BOYS ZARR BOYS and FINE PERFORMER checked heavily causing both
greyhounds to lose ground. BOGIE’S A STAR was vetted and was
found to have sustained no injury. |

EASTER SPRINT TROPHY 407M Near the catching pen general
tight racing caused interference to SURE YOU CAN, BUSBY, GOTCHA CLASS,
VELOCITY ANNE and MISS O’NEIL. Near
the 630m boxes BUSBY checked off the heels of GOTCHA CLASS causing both
greyhounds to lose ground. BUSBY was vet checked and
was found to have sustained no injury. |

PATLAW
SECURITIES 5th GRADE 407M DACKENBAH ROAD, SCREEN SIREN, UNO
THE DEAL and SPRING SMIRK all checked near the catching pen causing
interference to these greyhounds. DACKENBAH
ROAD began to steady and lose ground after this incident and finished the
race tailed off. DACKENBAH ROAD was vet checked and
was found to have sustained an injury to the off side elbow injury and was
suspended for a period of 14 days. |
