URANA LAURIE passed a satisfactory trial in a time of 24.77 seconds and is cleared to start on all tracks.

 

RACE REPORTS

 

1.

PATLAW SECURITIES MAIDEN – 407M

 

Best to begin was LOCH ME UP.

Shortly after the start STILTED CHATTER, SPIN CITY, ALL MIGHT and LOUIE VEE all bumped hampering all greyhounds.

Entering the back straight SPIN CITY was tightened for racing room and lost ground.

Leaving the back straight LOUIE VEE put in a number of awkward strides.

WAYNE CLIFFORD BEST 8 – 407M

 

Even start.

Shortly after the start RIFF and BILLY CONGO bumped.

Shortly after the start OLLIE HARKS was tightened for racing room and lost ground.

Shortly after the start TAJO and HONG KONG MAGRI collided resulting in all greyhounds to lose ground to differing degrees.

Entering the back straight BILLY CONGO was tightened for racing room and lost ground.

GARRARDS HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE – 407M

 

Even start with TRIP DANCER, LA QUINTA and DOUBLE TAP being slow away.

Shortly after the start ESCAPE GIRL, MISS WILDWEST, SWEET ELLA ROSE, TRIP DANCER and LA QUINTA all collided resulting in all greyhounds losing ground to differing degrees.

Entering the back straight TRIP DANCER clipped heels and lost significant ground. MISS WILDWEST checked and shifted out to avoid TRIP DANCER and ultimately lost ground.

LA QUINTA raced wide in the middle stages.

Rounding the home turn SWEET ELLA ROSE checked across heels.

Leaving the home turn SWEET ELLA ROSE and LA QUINTA bumped on a number of occasions.

 

The greyhound ESCAPE GIRL was sent for a post-race veterinary examination and found to have suffered an injury to the near side hind upper leg and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

Entering the back straight BRUSKEY and ELITE MARJ were tightened for room and lost ground.

Even start with LOLLY HARKS being slow away and MAGIC BENZ being marginally slow.

Shortly after the start LOLLY HARKS, SHOTOTSU and ARE JAY DUREE were all tightened for racing room resulting in all greyhounds losing ground to differing degrees.

Leaving the back straight BELLA MEAGHAN clipped heels and lost ground.

Even start with VELOCITY MIA, HARRY HARKS, DAZZLER’S HANGER and DANCE WITH WOLF being marginally slow away.

Shortly after the start VELOCITY MIA and HARRY HARKS were tightened for racing room and lost ground.

Entering the back straight NOVA DE KAHN and SNAP ONE OFF were tightened for racing room and lost ground.

In the home straight ZAMBORA CAITLYN and DAZZLER’S HANGER bumped on a number of occasions hampering both runners.

Even start with BEETOWN ROSEY, WINGMAN HUNCH and ALLEGRO DOTTIE being slow away.

Shortly after the start BOSSY MISS BELLA and ADHARA BAY bumped on a number of occasions.

Even start with BALAKOVO, NAUGHTY NALA and YANCY BALE being slow away.

Shortly after the start BALAKOVO, NAUGHTY NALA and YANCY BALE all bumped on a number of occasions.

Rounding the first turn ROPE A DOPE and SINCERELY bumped on a number of occasions.

Entering the back straight BALAKOVO and NAUGHTY NALA bumped on a number of occasions.

Leaving the home turn SINCERELY and YANCY BALE bumped on a number of occasions.

 

The greyhound ZAMBORA PRIDE was sent for a post-race veterinary examination and found to have suffered an injury to the near side hind upper leg and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

Even start with LICORICE BULLET being slow away.

Shortly after the start HAD ENOUGH and GAS QUEEN were tightened for racing room and lost ground.

Leaving the back straight NO WAITING was tightened for racing room and lost ground.

Rounding the home turn and in the home straight HALBER TAG raced wide.

In the home straight MON MANNY BEACH checked across heels.

 

The greyhound MON MANNY BEACH was examined by veterinary surgeon and no apparent injuries were found.

Shortly after the start LOGICAL OPTION was bumped and hampered.

Entering the back straight LORIAN EXPRESS was tightened for racing room and lost ground.

In the back straight HACIENDA put in a number of awkward strides and lost ground.

In the back straight PARTIAL DEFENCE checked from heels and lost ground.
