Race 1 – Congratulations Bill Boon | Maiden | 407m Special Speed – Slow to begin. Put in a number of awkward strides rounding the home turn. Music Maestro – Slow to begin. Oshkosh Flake – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and lost ground. Put in a number of awkward strides rounding the home turn. Sian Beach – Shortly after entering the back straight was tightened and lost ground. Put in a number of awkward strides rounding the home turn. Koda Garlay – In the later stages of the back straight was tightened and lost ground. Put in a number of awkward strides rounding the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. Ollie’s Girl – Bumped heavily leaving the home turn. Vigilante – Shifted out and bumped another runner leaving the home turn.
Race 2 – Congratulations Velocity Lodge | Novice | 407m Red Brianna – Slow to begin. Shortly after the was start tightened and lost ground Headliner – Slow to begin. Ran wide in the home turn. Westgate – Slow to begin. Entering the back straight was checked from heels. Koda Keeper – Shortly after the start was tightened and lost ground. Oshkosh Petra – Entering the home straight, checked across the heels of Fiesty Senorita.
Race 3 – Wendy Mulry Travel | 4th & 5th Grade | 510m Ironpot Smash – Slow to begin. Hacienda – Buffeted between Hara’s Skylah and Hara’s Dash shortly after the start. Hara’s Skylah – Bumped Hacienda on a number of occasions shortly after the start. Hara’s Dash – Bumped Hacienda on a number of occasions shortly after the start.
Race 4 – Patrick Paterson | 5th Grade | 407m Irish Spice – Tightened for racing room and lost ground shortly after the start. Zambora Caitlyn – Rounding the first turn was hampered and lost ground. Fantasia Lee – Leaving the first turn was hampered and lost ground. Linrick – Took the home turn wide and raced wide in the home straight. Are Jay Lochie – Hampered on entering the home turn when Linrick shifted out.
Race 5 – Dynamic Electrical | 5th Grade | 407m Partial Defence – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and lost ground. Are Jay Jean – Upon entering the back straight was tightened and lost ground. Esoteric - Upon entering the back straight was tightened and lost ground.
Race 6 – Diplock’s Collision and Repair Centre | 3rd Grade | 407m Adhara Bay – Shortly after the start was tightened and lost ground. Trip Dancer – Leaving the first turn was tightened severely and fell subsequently finishing the race well back. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to be suffering from a sore neck and was stood down from racing for a period of 10 days. Five Forty – Leaving the first turn was hampered and lost ground.
Race 7 – Patlaw Securities | 4th Grade | 407m Zambora Pride – Rounding the first turn was heavily bumped and lost ground. Bridget Benz – Rounding the first turn was tightened lost ground. Snowball Shirl – Bumped with La Quinta on a number of occasions leaving the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. Trainer W. Pirrie was advised that a warning would be placed on the greyhound’s record for failing to pursue. La Quinta – Bumped on a number of occasions leaving the first turn.
Race 8 – The Chase Magazine | Best 8 | 407m Red Jamie – Slow to begin. Dazzler’s Hanger – Checked from heels in the middle stages of the back straight.
Race 9 – Sandal Welding | 5th Grade | 407m Over Time – Slow to begin. Bokarm Leo – Shifted out abruptly at the start, bumped another runner and lost ground. Jimmy’s Reward – Bumped heavily on jumping. Leaving the first turn was hampered and lost ground.
Race 10 – Dinky Di Web Design | 5th Grade | 407m Draw The Whip – Shifted in at the start and bumped Miss Wildwest. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. Miss Wildwest – Bumped at the start. Master Card – Bumped at the start.
