3 Tuta Bryan – checked shortly after the start. Collided with another runner through the first turn. Commenced to give ground entering the back straight to finish a considerable distance from the remainder of the field. Underwent a post-race Veterinary examination which revealed no injuries. Stood down from racing under Rule 73 for an unsatisfactory performance and must perform 1 satisfactory trial before returning to racing.

6 Spring Lance - collided with another runner through the first turn.
