Race 1 – TAB MAIDEN (1) 407m 2 Forgot To Duck – Tightened and lost ground in the early stages of the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to be sore in the near hind upper leg and was stood down for a period of 14 days. 3 Dr. Braelyn – Slow to begin. 4 Storm Ahead – Tightened and lost ground rounding the first turn. 7 Craig's Regret – Marginally slow to begin. 8 Champagne Koda – Raced wide rounding the home turn. Race 2 – ROCKY FEED AND SEED MAIDEN (2) 407m 1 Shorts Small – Hampered and shifted out rounding the first turn. Became awkward rounding the home turn when placed at the heels on another runner. 2 Koda Jewels – Tightened and hampered in the early stages of the back straight. 3 Rose Girl – Checked from heels and lost ground rounding the first turn. 4 Loose Change – Declared a late scratching during kennelling due to illness. 6 Durama Flash – Slow to begin. Race 3 – PATLAW SECURITIES MA5 407m 1 Dyna Raze – Severely hampered and lost ground entering the home turn when another was racing on the heels of Dyna Raze. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. 5 Girls On Fire – Slow into begin. 8 Chandon Hawke – Hampered and lost ground rounding the first turn. Race 4 – DIPLOCKS COLLISION REPAIR CENTRE GRADE 5 (1) 407m 2 Xork Allen – Shifted out over the concluding stages and marred the running of another runner. Trainer Raymond Young was advised that Xork Allen, under the provisions of GAR69(1)(a), would be stood down from racing for a period of 28 days in Rockhampton and must trial to satisfaction of Stewards prior to racing again. 3 Senorita Fiesta – Hampered when marred by another runner over the concluding stages. 4 Super Suzie Que – Severely hampered and lost ground when another runner raced up onto the heels on Super Suzie Que. 5 Limerick Prince – Severely hampered and lost ground leaving the first turn. 6 Package – In the later stages of the home straight raced up onto the heels of another runner and subsequently fell. Finished the event well back. A post-race veterinary examination found the greyhound to be sore in both hind legs and was stood down from racing for a period of 14 days. 7 Bowie Beach – Slow to begin. Race 5 – DYNAMIC ELECTRICAL GRADE 4 (1) 407m 1 Happy Pantera – Raced in restricted room rounding the first turn. 2 Crown Xena – Slow to begin. 4 Vigilante – Raced in restricted room rounding the first turn. 6 Miss Maia – Raced in restricted room rounding the first turn. Raced wide rounding the home turn. 7 Campfire Kid – Raced in restricted room rounding the first turn. 8 Gotcha Scootin'– Raced in restricted room rounding the first turn. Race 6 – NEWSXPRESS RICHARDSON ROAD GRADE 4 (2) 407m 2 Special Speed – Tightened and lost ground rounding the first turn. 6 Tuta Sherry – Checked across heels mid-way up the home straight. 7 Hacienda – Slow to begin. Race 7 – DINKY DI WEB DESIGN 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 407m 1 Absolute Madness – Hampered rounding the first turn. Tightened and lost ground rounding the home turn. 2 Nazare – Slow to begin. 3 Zipping Martha – Tightened and lost ground rounding the first turn. 4 Due To Sizzle – Tightened and lost ground rounding the first turn. 8 Testing Speed – Slow to begin. Held up leaving the home turn. Race 8 – SKY RACING BEST 8 407m 1 Velocity Pippa – Tightened and made heavy contact with the rail shortly after the start. Subsequently pulled up and took no further part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to be suffering from a possible broken fibula and soreness to the near hind leg muscles and was stood down from racing for a period of 28 days. The greyhound was administered pain relief medication for the aforementioned injuries. Trainer William Boon will be advised that the greyhound must trial to the satisfaction of stewards prior to racing again. Race 9 – WENDY MULRY TRAVEL GRADE 5 (2) 407m 4 La Quinta – Tightened and lost ground rounding the first turn. 5 Cisco Sniper – Tightened and lost ground shortly after the start. Bumped and forced wider leaving the first turn. 6 Boston Honey – Hampered and lost ground leaving the first turn. 8 Master Card – Slow to begin. Became awkwardly when racing on the heels of another runner rounding the first turn. Race 10 – TAB 5PW 407m 2 Peppa Jewel – Tightened and lost ground rounding the first turn. 3 Perfect Paris – Tightened and lost ground rounding the first turn. 4 Fly Mariposa – Tightened and lost ground rounding the first turn. Tightened and lost ground entering the home turn. Shifted out abruptly leaving the home turn. 5 Oriental Ollie – Tightened and hampered rounding the first turn. Tightened and lost ground in the early stages of the back straight. 6 Speed Action – Tightened and hampered rounding the first turn. 8 Music Maestro – Slow to begin. |
