6 Fat Lady's Magic, slow to begin and checked and lost ground approaching the first turn. |

8 Friend Lee's Boy, slow to begin and was bumped by another runner coming around the home turn. Approaching the finish line slowed considerably and shifted out towards another runner. Trainer Ken Boody was advised Friend Lee’s Boy was stood down from racing for failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. As a result was barred from racing for 28 days and must pass a satisfactory stewards trial before racing again. |

1 Black Magic Ryno, was bumped by another runner in the home straight. |
|
2 Barely Friendly, was hampered shortly after the start. |
|
3 Tough Elle, was checked and lost ground going around the first turn, finished the race well back, was sent for a post race veterinary examination and was found to be injured in the right shoulder as a result was stood down from racing for 10 days. |

8 Merlin's Missile, bumped with another runner in the home straight. |

5 Daysea's Joey, slow into stride and checked and lost ground approaching the home turn. |

1 Super Remi, checked and lost ground entering the back straight. |

5 Prince Cosmic, checked and lost ground going around the first turn, finished the race well and was sent for a post race veterinary examination and was found to suffering thumps as a result was stood down from racing for 10 days. |

1 Flawless Scottie, approaching the home turn checked and shifted out bumping heavily with another runner, finished the race well back. Was sent for a post race veterinary examination and no injuries were found. |

1 Kinate, bumped the hind legs of another runner approaching the finish line. |

3 Izy Gold, slow into stride. Was injured in the catching pen following the race, received stitches to the right shoulder as a result was stood down from racing for 10 days. |

5 Speedy Jack, checked and lost ground leaving the back straight. |
|
7 Aston Ajax, was bumped in the hind legs approaching the finish line. |
