Race 5 – DINKY DI WEB DESIGN 0-3 WINS 510m
1 Tiger Titan – Tightened and lost ground rounding the first turn. 4 Super Remi – Tightened and fell rounding the first turn. Finished the event well back. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. 5 Sunburnt Diablo – Tightened and lost ground rounding the first turn. 6 Forever Words – Tightened and lost ground rounding the first turn.
Race 6 – GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MIXED 4/5 407m
4 Really Royal – Bumped shortly after the start and lost significant ground. A post-race veterinary examination found the greyhound to have suffered lacerations to its right hind leg and toes and was stood down for a period of 10 days. 6 Just Law – Hampered rounding the first turn. 7 Bago Dry – Turned its head in and marred the running of another runner in the home straight for a short distance. Trainer K Boody was advised that: a) as Bago Dry had competed more than 10 events since it’s first marring offence, this offence would be treated as it’s first offence; b) that Bago Dry would be stood down from racing at Rockhampton over 407 metres for a period of 28 days; and c) that Bago Dry would be required to complete a Steward’s Trial to the satisfaction of Stewards prior to being permitted to start in a race again.

Finished the event well back. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. 6 Chopper's Chance – Hampered and lost ground in the early stages of the back straight. 7 Red Jamie – Collided with another runner in the middle stages of the back straight and fell. Finished the event well back. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.
