General:

· Race 8 declared a No Race due to a fallen runner recovering and running back towards the field, stewards ordered the lure to be shut down and declared the event a No Race

Race 1 – TAB MAIDEN (1) 407m

1 Free From Desire – Checked across heels of another runner shortly after the start.  Checked oh hind quarters and knocked off balance around the first turn.

2 Cyclone Rupee – Slow to begin. Marred by runner on the inside.

4 Thriller Strike – Deviated attention from lure towards outside runner exiting the turn onto the front straight. Deviated its attention towards runner on the outside and made muzzle contact in the front straight. A veterinary examination revealed a minor laceration but no stand down. Stewards spoke with trainer Steven Boody and charged the greyhound with Marring first offence and stood down for 28 days at Rockhampton and perform a stewards trial GAR 123

5 Rosa's Legend – Slow to begin. Checked around the first turn.

6 Chase Me Chopper – Disadvantaged in the front straight.

Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN (2) 407m

1 Chase Me Joy – Checked off the heels of another runner around the first turn.

2 Blue Bathers – Checked on the heels around the first turn.

8 Cyclone Fergie – Shifted wider in the back straight.

Race 3 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND GRADE 5 (1) 407m

1 Blazing Brothers – Checked exiting the turn onto the front straight.

2 Jayhawks – Slow to begin. Checked off the heels of another runner around the first turn. Checked and knocked off balance exiting the turn onto the front straight.

7 Redeemer's Kid – Slow to begin.

Race 4 - DIPLOCK'S COLLISION REPAIR CENTRE BEST 8 407m

1 Swift Twitch – Checked entering the second turn. Checked around the second turn and lost ground. A veterinary examination revealed a nearside wrist sprain and stood down for 10 days. GAR41(1)

2 Velocity Tamika – Checked entering the second turn.

5 Why Harmony – Checked around the second turn.

8 Rosa's Money Bag – Slow to begin.

Race 5 - ROCKY FEED & SEED MIXED 4/5 407m

3 ROSA'S KITCHEN – Tightened for racing room and disadvantaged shortly after the start. Checked off the heels of another runner around the first turn.

6 POWER BY – Checked off the heels of another runner and disadvantaged exiting the turn onto the back straight.

7 ENRIQUE FERNANDO – Raced wider in the front straight.

Race 6 - DINKY DI WEB DESIGN GRADE 4 407m

2 Erskin Boy – Tightened for racing room around the first turn.

3 Black Delight – Tightened for racing room and disadvantaged around the first turn.

4 Dixie Gambles – Forced wider exiting the turn onto the back straight.

6 Francis Geoffrey – Checked and lost ground around the second turn. shifted wider exiting the turn onto the front straight. A veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

7 Black Baccara – Tightened for racing room around the first turn.

8 Velocity Kayla – Slow to begin. Forced wider exiting the turn onto the back straight.

Race 7 - WENDY MULRY TRAVEL GRADE 5 (1) 510m

6 Swift Anna – Checked heavily entering the first turn. Began to lose slight ground nearing the second turn. A veterinary examination revealed an offside hind leg muscle injury and stood down for 28 days and will need to perform a veterinary clearance trial before returning to racing. This incident will be reported to the racing injury review panel

8 My Bro Beach – Checked heavily entering the first turn.

Race 8 - NEWSXPRESS RICHARDSON ROAD GRADE 5 (2) 510m

· Due to several runners falling and one of them recovering and running back towards the lure stewards ordered the lure to be shut down and declared the event a no race.

3 Mean Sam – Fell heavily nearing the first turn. A veterinary examination revealed nearside bicep muscle strain and stood down for 10 days

6 Queen Norma – Fell heavily nearing the first turn. A veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities

7 No Complaints – Fell heavily nearing the first turn. A veterinary examination revealed offside front split webbing and stood down for 7 days

Race 9 – TAB GRADE 5 (2) 407m

3 Deadly Choice – Tightened for racing room and checked shortly after the start around the first turn.

7 Signify – Slow to begin.

8 Be Like Oliver – Slow to begin. Checked entering the second turn.

9 Double Espresso (2) – Tightened for racing room and checked shortly after the start around the first turn. Checked entering the second turn.

Race 10 - SKY RACING GRADE 5 (3) 407m

3 So You Sing – Shifted wider and checked around the first turn. Forced wider in the front straight.

4 Chips In – Checked around the first turn.

8 Star Connie – Shifted wider in the front straight.

Race 11 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND GRADE 5 (4) 407m

1 Vibranium – Lost ground entering the second turn. Tightened for racing room in the front straight. Stewards spoke with trainer Clinton Thompson who advised that the greyhound had been dragged down at that spot on several occasions, stewards advised Mr Thompson that they would give the greyhound the benefit of doubt on this occasion.

2 Farmor Bends - Tightened for racing room in the front straight.

3 Goody Goody Yum - Tightened for racing room in the front straight.

4 Kahuna Beach – Tightened for racing room around the second turn.

5 Capacitor – Tightened for racing room around the second turn.

8 Apache Bear – Slow to begin.

Race 12 - DIPLOCK'S COLLISION REPAIR CENTRE MA5 407m

5 Next Stop – Checked and disadvantaged entering the second turn.

6 Throw Strikes – Slow to begin. A veterinary examination revealed lower back muscle pain and stood down for 10 days

8 Mystery Train – Checked entering the second turn.
