Race 1 - TAB MAIDEN 407m

William Bale – A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards inquired into the actions of the greyhound approaching the home turn. After considering the replays and statements of trainer J Thompson, stewards were satisfied that William Bale had failed to pursue the lure with due commitment under GAR 124(1) by turning its head towards another greyhound approaching the home turn. As it was the greyhounds first offence, it has been stood down for 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory trial.

Chipped Penny – Checked around the first turn. Severely checked and fell on the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a hip strain and a 10 day stand down was issued.

Race 2 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE 407m

Yogi’s Menace - Stewards spoke with trainer C Emery regarding the greyhounds’ actions at and immediately after the finish line. After considering the replay evidence and the submissions of the trainer it was established that soon after the finish Yogi’s Menace had turned its head inwards noticeably towards the runner to the inside. As this occurrence had occurred after the finish no further action was taken other than to note the circumstances.

Race 5 - DIPLOCK'S COLLISION REPAIR CENTR GRADE 5 (1) 407m

Burrum Betty – (Beaten favourite 4^th) Checked racing into the first turn before running on strongly.

Cartel Master – Checked in the back straight. Severely checked racing off the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a lower back strain and a 10 day stand down was issued.

Race 6 - WENDY MULRY TRAVEL MIXED 4/5 407m

Shanti – (Beaten favourite 4^th) Checked racing in the back straight. Checked and galloped on behind racing off the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed

Baby Thor – Severely checked racing off the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a lumbar strain and a 10 day stand down was issued.

Ultimate Ebby – Severely checked racing off the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 7 - DINKY DI WEB DESIGN MIXED 3/4 407m

Subzero Ash – Checked in the back straight. Severely checked racing off the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.
