Buckaroo – Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards inquired into the greyhound’s actions in the home straight. After considering the available replays, submissions made by trainer C Pollard and acting on their own observations stewards were satisfied that in the home straight Buckaroo had turned its head inwards towards another runner in the home straight and acting under GAR124 Buckaroo has been stood down for 28 days at Rockhampton and until the completion of a satisfactory trial for a first offence. |
