Race 1 - TAB MAIDEN 407m

Baby Shocker – Eased and shifted wide on the track racing off the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a lumbar back strain and a 10 day stand down was issued. Stewards inquired into the actions of the greyhound racing off the back straight and considering the available replays, their own observations and submissions from trainer C Emery, the provisions of GAR125 were invoked for failing to pursue the lure with due commitment by easing racing off the back straight by way of injury and as such the greyhound is stood down for the veterinary advised period and until the completion of a satisfactory trial for a first offence.

Chase Me Bonnie – A post-race veterinary examination revealed webbing abrasions to the left hind and no stand down was issued.

Race 2 - ROCKHAMPTON MAIDEN 1000 FINAL MAIDEN 407m

Tigger – Checked noticeably around the first turn. Checked off heels racing towards the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Feelin’ Dusty – Checked noticeably around the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 3 - SKY RACING NOVICE 407m

No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 4 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND GRADE 5 (1) 407m

Grand Riku – (Beaten favourite 5^th) Went up with the lids. Checked around the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a sprung off fore toe and a 10 day stand down was issued.

Gilded - Checked noticeably around the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Dynamic One - Checked noticeably around the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 5 - DIPLOCK'S COLLISION REPAIR CENTRE GRADE 4 (1) 407m

Race 6 - NEWSXPRESS RICHARDSON ROAD GRADE 4 (2) 407m

Burnt Me – Severely checked around the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Flat Broke – Severely checked around the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 7 - DINKY DI WEB DESIGN MIXED 4/5 510m

Rosa’s Routine – Checked around the first turn. Shifted out rounding the home turn and contacted Angel Harks. A post-race veterinary examination revealed minor webbing abrasions to both hind feet with no stand down issued. Stewards inquired into the actions of the greyhound racing around the home turn and considering the available replays, their own observations and submissions from trainer J Thompson, the provisions of GAR124 were invoked for failing to pursue the lure with due commitment by turning its head outwards and shifting wider making body contact with Angel Harks. Rosa’s Routine has been stood down for 28 days at Rockhampton and until the completion of a satisfactory trial for a first offence.

Sweet Valentine – Appeared to falter in its action approaching the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a sprung left fore toe and a 10 day stand down was issued.

She’s So Bright – Checked around the first turn. Faltered in its action turning off the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a torn back muscle and a 21 day stand down was issued.
